God Is On His Throne And In Control

It has been scary for the last two weeks with news reports of deaths from the Corona Virus (Covid 19). Reports are local, national and international. There are many things being reported that are true and untrue. My advice is don’t get caught up in the hype. TRUST GOD INSTEAD. It is important to stay at home as much as possible and practice social distancing. Always remember GOD is still in CONTROL not man.

     How this sudden virus came about will be revealed? In the meantime, keep yourselves and children healthy so you won’t get sick. Do whatever you normally do to keep yourselves healthy and well. Drink plenty of water and get plenty of rest. Don’t go out too much if you don’t have to. Take this time to work on your personal relationship with God. Pray without ceasing. Repent of known sins and accept Jesus Christ into your life if you haven’t already.

     The Bible says if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved (Romans 10:9)

     If you haven’t already, pray this prayer from your heart:

     Dear Jesus, I believe you died for me and rose again on the third day. I confess I am a sinner. I need your love and forgiveness, come into my heart. Forgive my sins. I receive your eternal life. Amen

     Continue to be encouraged in the midst of chaos. Jesus stated, “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)
