Did You Know That Forgiveness And Justice Work Together?

God forgives us and He also administers justice.

God has promised us forgiveness if we confess our sins to Him according to 1 John 1:9. He loves us unconditionally and wants the best for us. He showed this AGAPE love when He sent His son Jesus Christ to die for our sins. God wanted a sacrifice that would justify the penalty for sin. “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)

Even though God forgives us, we must recognize that He is also a God of justice. Justice according to the Random House College Dictionary is the administering of deserved punishment or reward. Because God is just, He will administer punishment or reward to anyone when necessary. He also has the absolute authority to administer this justice how He deems necessary. God knows what degree of punishment and reward each of us need. We can count on God to punish us when we sin and go astray. He will also reward or recompense us when we suffer a wrong done to us. Therefore, forgiveness and justice go hand in hand.

Did You Know There Are 4 Areas Where Satan Tricks Mankind?

Satan’s schemes come when we are weak, vulnerable and sick.  He deceives us when we are inexperienced, naïve and young.  He tricks us when we are in need, lack and want.  He plots our demise when we are faced with life changing decisions.

Believers at one time or another have been weak and vulnerable because of an incident that has taken place in their lives. The incident may have been the loss of a loved one, divorce, an accident, or illness. These things can leave us prey to Satan. Our adversary, the devil, walks around as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. (1 Peter 5:8)

When we are weak, we can’t make the right decisions and we can easily be manipulated. When we are vulnerable to the enemy we need to stay in constant prayer and ask God to hide us and keep us safe from the enemy. (Psalms 61:1-4) We should also ask other prayer warriors to pray for us. This is important because sometimes we are too weak to pray for ourselves.

Satan is also able to trick us when we are inexperienced in some areas of life. He also comes when we are young and naive. Satan knows what we do not have knowledge of and will entice us in areas where we are ignorant. Satan has been around longer than we have and knows every way to trick man.

When we are young, naive and inexperienced it is easy for Satan to trick us. We have not lived long enough to know Satan’s devices. It is good news to know that God has been around even longer than Satan. God knows Satan’s schemes, tricks and devices. Therefore, a young person who lacks wisdom should ask God who gives to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. (James 1:5) God has control over everything that concerns heaven and earth. His son Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith and Satan’s fate. (Hebrews 12:2; Revelation 20:10)

Creating Books To Promote Diversity and Multiculturalism

Multicultuarlism1ASWIFTT RADIO Host Brenda Diann Johnson on May 22, 2021 at 1 pm CST, 2 pm EST and 11 am PST appeared on the show “Creating Books To Promote Diversity and Multiculturalism.”  Brenda along with her guest Ashley Charleston, who is the author of “Nyasia’s Bee-utiful Discovery” discussed the need for diverse books when teaching our kids in schools today.  Students of various backgrounds should receive a quality education while identifying with the content presented in the classroom.

Diversity and Multiculturalism is essential when it comes to educating our kids. When teachersMy Baby Sister FRTCV BDJ enter the classroom at the beginning of a new year they are faced with providing a curriculum that offers equality for all students. According to the Declaration of Independence all men are created equal and they should have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Throughout the nation’s history since 1776, marginalized and excluded groups such as women, African Americans, Native Americans, and other cultural and ethnic groups have used this idea to justify and defend the extension of human rights to them and to end institutional discrimination, such as sexism, racism, and discrimination against people with disabilities. (Branch, 2006).

When teachers get to know their students at the beginning of the year they can effectively create curriculums that incorporate multicultural education. However, according to Banks, establishing a multicultural education curriculum is not enough to achieve multicultural education in the classroom. He further states “Multicultural education is also a reform movement designed to bring about a transformation of the school so that students from both genders and from diverse cultural, language, and ethnic groups will have an equal chance to experience school success.” (Banks & Banks, 2013)

Nyasias Beeutiful Discovery by Ashley CharlestonTeachers should always create curriculums and lesson plans that match the demographics of their classrooms. Creating curriculums and lessons plans that match the demographics of a classroom starts with content integration. Content integration is where teachers start when gathering the material they want to teach. In this stage teachers must be careful to find material from all cultures to make up the material content for their lesson. They should also have visual examples from various cultures. Having examples from various cultures will play a key part with visual, auditory and kinesthetic learners.

Get Your Dreams and Goals Moving!

“What are you waiting on?” Again, I say “What are you waiting on?” The earth realm is waiting for you to release the talents and abilities God gave you. At the moment of your conception, God gave you talents and abilities to one day share with the human race.

Faith without works is dead according to the Bible in James chapter 2 verse 20. In James chapter 2 verse 17 it states: Even so faith, if it has not works, is dead, being alone. In these examples, it is clear your faith and works are necessary to make things happen.

In Hebrews chapter 11 verse 1, the Bible defines faith as the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. In the Random House College Dictionary, faith is the confidence or trust in a person or thing or the occurrence of a future event. Your motivation to get moving is your faith or belief that your dreams and goals can and will happen.

A Truthful Evaluation of Yourself Gives Feedback for Growth and Success

Did you know you were fearfully and wonderfully made by God? (Psalm 139:14) You were created in His image. (Genesis 1:26) You are more than a conqueror. (Romans 8:37) You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. (Philippians 4:13) Knowing these truths gives you an absolute standard for your life. They are encouragement to your soul.

When you know the truth about God and your existence, confusion is not an option. Be firm, truthful and sure about who you are and what you stand for. Don’t let the opinions and prejudices of others tell your story. You are unique, valuable and have a lot to offer. When you know the truth about yourself no one can easily offend or discourage you.

A truthful evaluation of yourself is when you can admit your strengths and weaknesses. No one has to tell you where you are lacking. You know where you need to improve and where you excel. When you continue to truthfully evaluate yourself, you continue to grow and mature. When you mature in your weak areas, you begin to succeed where you previously failed.

Selfishness Stops the Flow of Blessings

Did you know that selfishness stops the flow of blessing to you and others? Selfishness according to The Random House College Dictionary means devoted to or caring only for oneself; concerned only with one’s own interests. Imagine if we lived in a world where everyone practiced selfishness. Imagine if no one cared for another human being and people only looked out for themselves. The Planet Earth would truly be a cold place to live.

Unselfishness allows God to work through people. God is able to answer someone’s prayer because of the obedience of another. When you are selfish it stops the flow of blessings to you and others. It stops the blessing to others because God is unable to meet someone’s need through you. Your selfishness also keeps you from sowing a seed into someone’s life which prevents you from a blessing.

Sowing and reaping is a natural and spiritual law. Farmers use the sowing and reaping principle when they sow seed into the ground and reap a harvest. If the farmer does not plant seed, he cannot expect to get a harvest. It is just that simple. The sowing and reaping principle works the same way in the spiritual.

According to the Bible in Galatians 6:7, it says “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” Natural and spiritual laws automatically come to pass whether we want them to or not. When sowing either in the natural or spiritual, make sure what you sow will produce a harvest you want to reap.

Did You Know That Everyone Has A Time And Season To Shine?

Everyone was born with a purpose. You don’t have to be jealous or envious of anyone because God has appointed a time and season just for you.

According to Ecclesiastes 3, to everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven. When it is your season to build, start building. When it is time for God to tear down some things in your life then submit quickly to the process. Make sure you have a clear understanding of what God wants you to do while he is at work in you. When God finishes, you can say like Job “But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.” (Job 23:10)

For everyone who reads this book, I want you to know that I am praying that you reach your DESTINY and be fulfilled. My prayer is also that your journey will be exciting. Make sure you take time to learn the lessons that God wants to teach you. Be encouraged when things do not turn out the way you had planned or anticipated. Remember that we are here to fulfill God’s plan and not our own. It is only GOD’S WILL that will happen. Ask God to help you find your purpose in life and to help you fulfill it.

Do You Know Your Purpose?

Do you know why God created you? Pray and ask God. He will reveal it to you.

All of us have a purpose for which God created us. Our job is to ask God what that purpose is so we can fulfill it before we leave this earth. Jeremiah is a prime example that God has a purpose for our lives. God spoke to Jeremiah saying “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou cameth forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5) Jeremiah knew what his purpose in life was by talking to God. Even when we know our purpose, we still need to seek God for direction on how to fulfill it.

The only WILL that will be established and last throughout eternity is God’s WILL. He will not bless, support financially, keep together or stand behind anything that is not HIS WILL for our lives. “And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.” (1 John 5:14-15)

From the cradle to the grave, life is a journey that every man has to take. It will consist of the choices we make which contribute to our life experiences, victories and defeats. The journey will also be smooth and sometimes rocky depending on our obedience and disobedience to the word of God. We have to remember that this journey is all about fulfilling the plan which God preordained for our lives.
